Custom Orders

  • Step 1

    Initial contact - Reach out and let us know what you are thinking for your special event. We go over timeline, establish the budget, review design concepts, review inspiration ideas and schedule your measurement appointment. You will also make your deposit at this time (this is 50% of the total and is based off the budget we establish).

  • Step 2

    Measurement Appointment - This appointment is typically only 10-15 minutes long. This can be done in person or virtually. If you are doing this virtually you will need a measuring tape.

  • Step 3

    Fitting Appointment - This appointment is typically only 15-20 minutes long. If you live locally, we will do the fitting in person. If you live out of state, the item/items will be mailed out for a fitting and we will do the fitting virtually, then you will mail them back. Any necessary adjustments are made after the fitting.

  • Step 4

    Adjustments & Stoning - All necessary adjustments are made after the fitting. Stoning takes place after the adjustments are completed.

  • Step 5

    Shipping Or Pick up - If you live out of state your order will be shipped to you. If you live locally you can come to pick it up. Your balance must be paid before your completed order is shipped out or picked up.
